Minnesota, March 29, 1900. She was born January 26, 1881, in Ackley, Iowa and died September 20, 1969 in Olympia Washington.

                                                          MINER BANKS ORCUTT

                                        
Miner Banks Orcutt, 67, resident of Olympia the past
                                     six years, died in an Olympia hospital Wednesday Morn-
                                     ing. He was born April 4, 1874, in Iowa, the son of Mr.
                                     and Mrs. Ezra Orcutt. In 1900, he was married to Miss
                                     Effie Williams. He originally was a railroad engineer, but

                                    
later took up farming and wheat rasing near Alberta, Canada
                                     He moved back to the United States in 1936. He was a
                                     member of the Church of Nazarene of Olympia. Mr. Orcutt
                                     leaves besides his wife, one daughter Mis Marjoy Orcutt of
                                     Olympia; five sons, Roy Orcutt, Seattle; Tom Orcutt in the
                                     U.S. Navy; Delbert and Robert Orcutt, both of Olympia;
                                     and Donald of Marysville, Washington; 18 grandchildren
                                     and two great grandchildren; Three sisters, Mrs. Clara Sizir,
                                     living in Pennsylvania; Mrs. Effie Moore and Mrs. C.C.
                                     Pratt, both of California; and one brother, Bert Orcutt, of
                                     Montana. Funeral services will be held at Warnica and
                                     Warnica's this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The Reverend W. M.
                                     Irwin will preside.

                                                          EFFIE ADELIA ORCUTT

                                        
Effie Adelia Orcutt, died last Saturday in an Olympia
                                     hospital at the age of 88. She was born January 26, 1881,
                                     in Ackley Iowa, and was married to Minlo Banks Orcutt
                                     in Grant County, Minnesota, March 29, 1900. She had
                                     been a resident of Olympia since 1937. Here husband died
                                     here in 1942. She was an active member of the First Church
                                     of the Nazarene. Surviving are five sons: Delbert, Donald,
                                     Tom and Robert Orcutt, all of Olympia, and Roy Orcutt,
                                     Mt. Vernon; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Marjorie) Briones,
                                     Juneau, Alaska; 23 granchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and
                                     seven great-great grandchildren. The funeral service will be
                                     conducted in the First Church of Nazarene this Tuesday
                                     afternoon, starting at one-thirty-o'clock. The Reverend
                                     Winston Ketchum will officiate. Burial will follow in Odd
                                      Fellows Cemetery under the direction of Selene and Eros.
                                     The family suggests that any memorials be made in the
                                     form of donations to the building fund of the First Church
                                     of the Nazarene, Heart Fund or a favorite charity.
