gipanguluhan niya ang santos nga misa niadtong
October 21, Domingo, sa alas 6:30 sa buntag
didto sa Katedral sa Naval. Human sa misa,
gihimamat niya ang mga parokyano sa Naval
nga mihangop usab sa pagdawat kaniya.

VISION:
A people of God made up of fully human and
fully developed communities, nourished by
the word of God and the sacraments, actively
participating in Christ's three-fold mission
as Priest, Prophet and King, journeying together
with Mary in the "life-death" situation
towards the realization of His Kingdom.
MISSION:
We, the People of God of the Diocese of Naval,
with the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and the
maternal intercession of the Blessed Virgin
Mary, commit ourselves:
- to build and form fully human and fully developed
Communities;
- to nourish our Christian life with the Word
of God, Church's teachings in order to celebrate
the sacraments more meaningfully;
- to work for liberation, giving preferential
option for the poor;
- to work for the preservation of Mother Earth
and live in harmony with creation;
- to strengthen BECs by reaching out to all
sectors of the community, supporting and
sustaining all pastoral endeavors;
- to foster harmonious and animating relationships
among clergy, religious and laity, and to
provide growth opportunities for the clergy;
- to journey together in the challenges of
the pilgrimage of life;
- to strengthen the Resource-Building Initiatives
(RBI) of the Diocese.
GOAL:
To establish and develop fully nourished
Basic Ecclesial Communities made up of renewed
neighborhood families journeying towards
the realization of God's Kingdom.
