| Our villa faces East, with a view down to the Mediterranean sea in the distance. A terrace, running the entire length and width of the house, measures 80 square metres. It is in part sheltered from the sun by a large pergola with a teak table that extends to seat 8-10 people - most meals are taken outdoors. |
| There are also teak benches and sun beds. The pool area is fenced off to prevent access by young children, and a pool alarm is also installed (which does not replace adult supervision!). |

| To further entertain adults and children, the property has a large 3.7 metre diameter trampoline as well as a boule pitch (above). |
| The terrace is surrounded by palms, oleander bushes and a variety of Mediter-ranean plants such as rosemary and wisteria. The terrace overlooks the pool area. The pool measures 11 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a large patio paved with Indian sandstone and lavender bushes. |
