This web site is the outcome of a private investigation by a concerned member of the public into an anonymous researcher of undeclared beliefs and agendas, with equally unknown (if any) academic or other qualifications. He (assuming he is male) refers to himself by the title of his website, "nccg_concern". The object of his research has been a small Christian ministry called NCCG and its leader, C.C. Warren, for reasons which, though subtle, will at length become apparent from his writings and my own analysis. Nccg_concern’s location and identity have been concealed from the public; however, his website has been granted a great deal of advertising by its own author in various forums and message boards.
This anonymous “investigator”, as his website has expanded, has progressively revealed more and more of what he believes in and, as it often happens, his own disposition. This is fully documented and analyzed in this “nccg_concerned” website, in a way that one can draw reasonably accurate conclusions.
The author (nccg_concern) initially began in a dispassionate “scientific”-like style that gave the impression of a serious scientifically-minded researcher at first glance, who might have got a couple of things misunderstood. As time went on his writing became progressively more emotional, irrational and hysterical.
The author often changes his material, which has been documented and reproduced on this site, according to corrections made by the people he attacks in private forums to which he has access. He often ends his investigation only to resume and feverishly add to the webpages until they double. He is still adding to it with the sum of his most recent articles consisting of over 45 pages! (Counted after conversion to MS Word document). If you put this together with the irrational fear to reveal his name, location, age, credentials etc suggesting that the people he is attacking might physically harm him, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that he might suffer from paranoia at least a mild case. The chances that he is also psychotic are not to be overlooked if one considers how much vitriol he pours over one man to whom he does not appear to be related in any way.
The nccg_concern website originally (in December 2005) drew on materials published by NCCG in www.nccg.org and in online discussion boards operated by NCCG. Later on (in March 2006) he started quoting or hinting at the existence of more and more unknown and possibly illegally obtained source material. An explosion of “inside” information occurred in May 2006 when the “Fast Facts” webpage was published in which there was information of questionable accuracy that was nowhere to be found in any of the NCCG-operated websites. At the same time, the author’s pseudo-scientific style became more journalistic in quality, sometimes crossing the line and turning into libel.
As an onlooker, my initial belief was that he was an atheist, but the more I read, the more I became convinced that he does have some sort of belief in God but he definitely does not live by this belief. He has shown eclecticism, confessed tunnel-vision absorption with certain themes and demonstrated an abnormal approach to sexual matters. The latter suggests that he might be confused about his own sexuality (he characterised posing as a woman as “challenging”).
He quite clearly does not always believe in the Bible (if at all) but is very willing to use it to attack those who DO believe in it. This, coupled with his belief in the use of secular methods of personality analysis, and observations made in this website that certainly would never correspond to biblical teaching, strongly suggest that he is not a Bible-believing Christian. This leads me to conclude that he has a completely different worldview to Bible-believing Christians even though he seems to strongly appeal to them for moral support. He is not as scientific and logical as he wishes to make out, and that is quite obvious from the many “styles” of his writings; he lacks balance and objectivity, liberally uses psychological terms without ever defining them, employs emotionally-loaded language, and often forgets his “scientific method analysis” by descending into writing (or ranting), which can often be emotionally hysterical. The facts revealed and methodologies used during the investigation of "nccg_concern" have led this web site author to the opinion that true concern, after all, was the least of this person’s motives when he took up the task to carry out his investigation. More on this in the relevant page of this website.
The public must be very careful when someone, who won't directly reveal who he is or what he believes in and what his credentials are, claims to be an authority on passing verdicts such as “dangerous or destructive cult” and when he uses theological or psychological terms in his writings. The lack of identity should make the interested members of the public to not only judge what is written but also critically see through it to understand a few things about the anonymous individual behind it. This becomes a necessity when an anonymous individual may through his actions be the cause for a destruction of another man’s reputation, career and perhaps family.
This ongoing investigation began in March 2006 and is continuing. This web site is continually updated.

The "anonymiser service" nccg_concern suggests (www.the-cloak.com/anonymous-surfing-home.html) is, according to a friend, who is an expert at computers, A SCAM, so I suggest you try something else. The same person characterised nccg_concern as a "scam artist", and I believe that he either is one, or he is unaware of the danger himself. "There is a truth which is of Satan. Its essence is that under the semblance of truth it
denies everything that is real. It lives upon hatred of the real and of the world which is
created and loved by God. It pretends to be executing the judgment of God upon the fall of
the real man. God's truth judges created things out of love, and Satan's truth judges them
out of envy and hatred. God's truth has become flesh in the world and is alive and real,
but Satan's truth is in the death of all reality."
"It is only the cynic who claims "to speak the truth" at all times and in all places to all
men in the same way, but who, in fact, displays nothing but a lifeless image of the truth.
He dons the halo of the fantatical devotee of truth who can make no allowance for human
weaknesses but, in fact, he is destroying the living truth between men. He wounds shame,
desecrates mystery, breaks confidence, betrays the community in which he lives, and laughs
arrogantly at the devastation he has wrought and at the human weakness which "cannot bear
the truth". He says truth is destructive and demands its victims, and he feels like a god
above those feeble creatures and does not know that he is serving Satan.
