We chose to use oak plywood for the sides and gardenmesh for the front. The top has wire mesh so we don't burn the house down! (o; Here he is shown October, 2000)
(update: Feb. 2003: We've moved to a new home so my husband and son built a false wall in the bonus room and roomy shelving for the big guy. Pic Below....)
