On March 30, 2003, the legacy of SuperNet was born at the SkyDome in Toronto.
NCW had held many events prior to this, but never proved more exciting or more special than SuperNet. More than 15715 fans read SuperNet in its first hour, setting a record for number of fans reading an event in NCW History.
The card consisted of a literal who's who of the company at the time. All the top names competed: Matt Xtreme, Poppa Crush, Jesse Russell, and Razor were just a few of the headliners. Alongside NCW's top talent were some of the entertainment world's biggest names -- Evanescence, Disturbed, Shania Twain, and Tony Monaco were some of the names involved in the event.
