Needed:

Jasc/Corel Paint Shop Pro.

Tube of Choice  -  Any tube image with a rainy day theme.  For this tutorial, I used a delightful pay to use image created by Suzanne Woolcott.

Animated Bird and Pink Butterfly from Peachy's Collection of Cute Stuff

Birdhouse, flowers and birdbath created by Rainbow Coffi. The full collection of Rainbow Coffi's wonderful images is housed at PSP Playground.  Anyone can join, free of charge.  To obtain the full collection of Rainbow Coffi's superb graphic tubes, do join PSP Playground, where Rainbow Coffi's and many other wonderful artist tubes are shared. 

Umbrellas tubed by me using the wonderful Microsoft Clipart Media art.

Cloud, puddle and rain animation created by me

Blue Bird was a jpg clipart image tubed by me.

Optional - Any additional elements or scraps you wish to add or change.  I add this because you may want to substitute and use your own elements.  Remember, tuts are just guides - the finished product with your creativity, is yours.

SETTINGS USED IN THIS TUTORIAL

Drop Shadow:

Vertical Offset 2, Horizontal Offset 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5, Color Black 

Step 1

Open up  a new transparent image 600 width by 600 height and flood fill with white.

Step 2

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and flood fill this layer with light gray #C0C0C0

Step 3

Open up Becky's mask 042. 

Go to Layer/New Mask Layer/from Image. 

When the Add Mask from Window opens do this:

At the Source window scroll down and find Becky's Mask 042

Have source luminance checked.  Nothing else should be checked.

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Group

Step 4

Open up your main tube image and open up the birdhouse tube.   Either using the rectangular selection or freehand selection tool, draw a selection around the birdhouse you will be using.  Copy and paste the birdhouse to your tag.

Step 5

Open up the heart flowers by Rainbow Coffi and again, selection the flowers you want and copy and paste them to your tag.  Go to Image/Resize, using the percent option at 80%, bicubic and resize all layers NOT checked to resize the flowers so that they cover the bottom portion of the birdhouse's pole.

Step 6

Open up the umbrella tube and select the umbrella you would like on your tag.  Copy and paste and resize as necessary.  You can colorize the umbrella as well to coordinate with your main tube image.

Step 7

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and use the settings from above.

Step 8

Open up the birdbath tube.  Copy and paste it to the tag. Resize as necessary. 

Step 9

Open up the blue bird.  Copy and paste it to the tag and resize as necessary.  Repeat Step 7, applying a drop shadow.

Step 10

Copy and paste your tube graphic to the tag, and resize as necessary.  Repeat Step 7, applying a drop shadow.

Step 11

Copy and paste the puddle to the tag.

Step 12

Copy and paste the cloud to the tag. Resize as necessary.

Step 13

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

Step 14

Go to Image/Resize using the percent option at 90%, bicubic and resize all layers checked. 

Step 15

Go to Layers/Duplicate. Do this 4 more times so you now have a total of 6 layers.
