Shijima

This one is my personal favorite. He reminds me of me. Lurking in the shadows. Striking without warning. It's hard to pick who is better between him and Jubei. Anyway Shijima controls people through mind control and can manipulate their thoughts and actions. He also travels through the shadows without being seen until it's too late. He can also fool his opponent by creating hologramic images of himself, so his opponent can't tell which one is him. His most distinct feature however is probably his retractable claw. He can launch it at his opponent before they even realize what happened, then pull back if things go wrong. He kind of reminds me of Psycho Mantis off Metal Gear Solid.
