*The Rugen Government is very strongly against communism therefore we will have Foreign relations only with strong democracies and kingdoms who have been independent from their individual countries for more than 6 months, and are strongly anti-communist.
*We do not deal with terrorists nor microterrorism in any way shape or form.
*All Rugen citizens information is a private matter and will not be disclosed at any cost.
*Rugen internal information is restricted to the People's Ministery all inequires must be delivered to them via the President.
*Any dispute with a nation, micro or macro, will be fully investigated and a report of its findings will be sent to the President to review, until such a time, all diplomatic relations are to be suspended.
*Any nation wishing to contact the Rugen may do so through our Foreign Minister or through the LoSS Embassy.
