Just a note to say it was great to meet you both over the weekend, I'm back at work already and certainly wishing I wasn't !!! I can see why you call David and Didier - Darby & Joan - they are so funny. I was feeling rather guilty as they seemed to be there for hours, I think they were happy enough after a couple of beers !! Dear Keith, Many thanks for sorting out the washing machine fiasco.  It is wonderful to have you on the spot, as it were ! The key safe is a really good idea and something I would never have thought of. The builders are supposedly completing the job properly this time, including putting the shingle down and removing the rubbishI have a feeling of deja vu ................ Dear Keeef,  I just wanted to say a Huge FANKS for helping my Tone this week, each night when we've spoken he's said how much help you've been and how you have motivated, supported and always gone that extra mile to help, he said you're a real grafter !   You and Jackie are real gems and you shine in a world where so often one only finds fools gold!  I'm not certain if Tone has mentioned this but can you and Jackie in a weeks time start the once a week hour check on the property, I told the insurance company that our caretakers check the property once a week and I know you and Jackie said it was well worth while, obviously once the property in ready to rent, we'll be utilising you guys a bit more if that's o.k.Thanks again guys for always being there for us. Dear Keith Thank you so much for your hospitality during my stay. I greatly appreciate the help you have given me and the enthusiasm with which you approach things. It is very reassuring to see people who really do a good job and I think Jackie's artistic input is also very important. I hope she doesn't mind me saying this but I noticed that she has an immaculate approach to doing things from cutting onions, to sewing and even weeding! I think you make a great team. It was also an relief to meet David. At last I have met a truly professional builder who does not go through the usual ceremony of starting with scare tactics, baffling with jargon, then offering an expensive solution. He was logical, clear and concise, and portrayed a sense of someone who really understands how things work. He displayed local building knowledge, spoke the language, was encouraging and helpful. If only more people were like him in the building trade! aving seen your place go from a barn to a beautiful house, it gives me real confidence that the project is possible and can be done at a reasonable cost.  Toby Birch, Guernsey

Thanks for your help on our last trip over, we appreciate your time and assistance in helping us choose the electrical appliances and collected them for us. The house and garden are showing signs of improvement, thanks for your hard work Mike and Debbie Powell, Mantilly
