A sequel to "Balance of Power"; Piccolo, Gohan and Goku manage to wish their new friend Tezhra's body back from the dead with the dragon balls. However, someone else has come back with her in hopes of spoiling their reunion. Now, Piccolo must help to defeat the demonic Lekiizin and struggle to sort out his new found feelings for the sister of his enemy. Will he ever be with the woman he cares for?
