These plans include designs made for our company or for a builders specific company. A stock plan is a set of drawings for a design that is to be sold repetitively. Pre-sale and Custom homes are in a different category. Pre-sale and Custom homes: These homes typically take more time to design as they are usually drawn to owner specifications. We charge $50 per hour for a preliminary drawing that includes floorplans and front elevation. Once this is done and final changes are made to this drawing, we move on to final drawings. These are the drawings that the house will be built from. We charge the same price per sq.ft. as for stockplans. Once again, this is only for the heated part of the house. We also design additions and remodels for existing homes. Call for pricing regarding this type of design. We charge a minimum of $300 for 5 sets of blueprints for stockplans. Pre-sale and Custom homes are charged a minimum of $600 for 10 sets of blueprints. Any more copies that are needed we charge $20 extra per copy. Stock plans are considered any square footage from 0-2600. Any design after that is typically considered a Pre-sale or Custom.
