| Do the Hidden Lake People Know that they don't plan to build Kelly until AFTER 2005? And these Folks are Paying between 385K to 600K for homes? Bet they are not happy either Why can't TUSD do like Jefferson School District did at the Hawkins School ( Less than 4 miles away) and build a temporary campus on the site until Kelly can be properly Built? |
| Dear School Board President Kelly Lewis and Superintendent Dr. Larick; We would like to request the following information : 1) Where is the TUSD share of the money reserved for the George Kelly School? 2) How much has been collected from developer fees to date? 3) Is this money in an account, to be used for the development of the George Kelly School? 4) Has the money earmarked for the building of George Kelly School been spent elsewhere?If so, which project(s)? 5) Did the State withdraw their share of matching funds for Art Freiler School? 6) How much money has TUSD received from the state and/or anticipate receiving in matching funds for Freiler? 7) Does the TUSD own the land that the George Kelly School is planned to be built on? Answer is NO !!! 8) When does TUSD anticipate purchasing the land that the George Kelly School is planned to be built on? 9) How much did the land cost for the George Kelly School site? If the district does not currently own the land what will the cost be to purchase the land for the George Kelly School site? 10) If the State funded their share of George Kelly School today, when would construction commence? |
