DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS
October 17:
Freedom of Speech restricted in Akhtendum over new publication.
October 15:
Boris Tetanov, leader of Borisgrad, makes a declaration of friendship with Akhtendum, offering them preferential rights to oil supply and then affirms that Borisgrad shall rise to become a superpower once again. United Faiths questions the ethics of Borisgrad's actions, as depicted in the Bamako political cartoon (left).
AFRICAN UNION
October 18:
The "nuclear" question comes up once again. United Faiths proposes Security Council Resolution 53: Limiting Nuclear Arsenals of Proliferators. The debate blows up into a contentious controversy, when non-proliferating states in the west, east and south sub-regions blame the north for their "imperialist law-breaking" ways.
October 20:
TreLanka presents Security Council Resolution 54: Abolishing the AU Supreme Court.
