Numbuh 4 is brash, and undecisive. He'll rush in without thinking. Especially when something big is going down. Eventually, he'll end up being hurt in the process.

However, he is strong. He is able to crack and break Covenant bones within seconds. He also like to use the big and heavy weapons (i.e. the M90 S.C.A.M.P.P. Shotgun, the MA5B S.C.A.M.P.P. Assault Rifle and the M199 SM T.H.U.M.P.E.R. Rocket Launcher). Also, he likes to ride the big vehicles (i.e. the W.A.R.T.H.O.G. ATV and the S.C.O.R.P.I.O.N. tank).

It is also said that he is in love with Numbuh 3. Numbuh 4 won't admit it, despite the fact he hates girls. However, he managed to overcome obstacles to save the "damsel in distress". That's where the couple relationship deepens.
