Thirukkural in Oriya (ଓଡ଼ିଆ)

Surprisingly, there are five translations of the Kural in Oriya, all published after the 80s. To the best of my knowledge, the latest one was by Biswanath Misra who translated the classic in 1996 (see table below).

The translation I have managed to procure is that of G.N. Das. Published by Vidyapuri publishers, Cuttack, the work is a complete translation in verse. Mr. Das's Oriya translation is based on a Hindi translation of Tirukkural by M.G. Venkatakrishnan. He has also apparently referred to the English translations by P.S. Sundaram and Drew & Lezarus and Sanskrit translation by S.N. Sriramadesikan.[1] Mr. Das was an IAS officer who, after his retirement in 1972, undertook the study of saintly literatures, especially that of Kabir.

Looking forward to convert G.N. Das's Oriya translation into electronic form.
The couplets will be uploaded once this task is accomplished.
