Altrece MSL Montana Sunshine

We have long appreciated the quality of animals in the Altrece herd and have added the genetics of several Altrece animals to our LaMancha herd via trading of breeding stock. So when a grand-daughter of one of our senior brood does (who has only given one doe kid in the past few years) became available, we jumped at the chance to add her to our herd especially since her dam is one of our favorite Altrece does. Montana has proven to be a strong addition to the Devonshire herd. She is deep-bodied and wide thru-out with a topline to die for. She has already earned her Jr champion leg and was scored Ec overall (YS) as a dry yearling. Montana is bred to our Jr herdsire, Devonshire SS Sun-sational, for Jan kids and we are looking foward to seeing this doe as a productive and competitive milker.
