Thanks for visiting our home's web site. We hope that, by surveying these pages, you will actually acquire the feeling of visiting our house and knowing, by sight, the details of it, as they actually look.
The pictures in these pages are organized as a sequence that integrate a general concept about the different areas of both stories of our home.
As you come in, you will notice that all the areas in the bottom story are defined by staggered platforms.
A good distribution of the space layout allows a fast and direct access to every area of our house.
From the foyer you have an integral view of the bottom and upper stories of the house.
In these views you can see the quality of the finishings: marble on the floors throughout the house, the fine woodwork of the doors and staircase as well as the stone details that decorate the main door, fireplace and other parts of the house.
The foyer's area, the fireplace, the staircase and a flowerbed are the frame of the living room.
The Upstairs has a balcony view above the living room and the fireplace. This large area upstairs is similar to what they refer to as a great room in many of the homes and condos in the states.
Each area has it's own lighting to enhance the local integrity,
while the general lighting of the whole house unify all them.
The daylight coming through the window above the living-room area and the hallway windows, all supply a vertical indirect path of light to every zone in the heart of the house.
The integrity of the interior design layout conveys a warm and comfortable feeling and the assignment of elements in architecture and furniture are organized in arrays that link the form and function of every area in relation to each other.
The house has been assembled with furniture that holds the mood of our home's style.
This picture shows one view of the diningroom, it gives an idea of the living area.
The second floor balcony is seen as the ceiling of the diningroom area.
While sitting at the table, the sight conveys the feeling of a receding projection of the livingroom area.
With the existing lighting, this combination of factors integrate an effect of privacy.
This view shows the kitchen seen from the diningroom, the service counter sets the boundary between them. The kitchen area, like all the other areas in the house, is a very accessible one, and has its own separate section in the house. It follows the stream of areas in the architecture's distribution.
On the left side of the kitchen a door way leads to the family room; while on the right side, another doorway leads to the utility and laundry area.
The kitchen is furnished with fine wood cabinets with plenty of space for storing. All the appliances are from fine brand names.
This view shows the kitchen when looking towards the side of the utility and laundry area.
The family room was arranged with a combination of livingroom and diningroom sets of furniture to portray a kind of soft, comfortable, garden room type setting looking out over the patio.
This room is an ample area with a tall ceiling. It has a wall of glass, which is a large sliding door that leads to the back patio of the house.

This picture shows the bottom story bathroom.
This is a small full bathroom; the shower is on the left side of this picture (not shown).
Like all other places in the house, it is readily accessible from every area.
This bathroom, along with the other three bathrooms in the house, holds the same style.
The finishings and furniture are fine quality products.
