The Perfect Retirement Residence and an ideal Summer Home for people from United States, Canada, Japan and Europe where the hard weather and the expensive costs of life become a problem to live with.
Our Residence is situated on the southern side of Lake Chapala Riverside in the state of Jalisco, Mexico; at a comfortable distance (only 40 minutes) from the city of Guadalajara. This area is favored with a warm weather throughout the year. Mountains surround the riverside and the sun shines almost everyday of the year.
Our house is inside "Roca Azul", one of the new developments of the Lake Chapala Riverside and it was built on a land of 300 m2 (3448 ft2).
It is a two story building that occupies 85% of the total land's surface. Structural concrete, steel beams, black volcanic stone, red brick and cement-wall-coatings are the materials of the structural design of the building.
The finishings are marble for the floors, wood for the doors inside the house and
aluminum for the outer doors and garage gates.
The windows are made of anodized aluminum with double-thickness UV-blue-gray glass
for the reasons of strength and the control of Ultra-Violet rays.
The kitchen, the bathrooms, and the bedrooms are all furnished with
quality equipment and finishings.
The general concept of the house conveys a sense of comfortable elegance, our residence was designed centering the attention on a concept of aesthetical functionality.
Our Home counts with all the facilities and statement that satisfy the demands of a life with high-standards.

From the exit door you can see the doorway that connects it with the main entrance of the house.
As you enter the house, you can see, on the right hand side, the garage that has space for three big cars.
The outer doors and the folding garage gate are all steel and  brass-anodized aluminum.
