He was born Abt. 1838 in Krotoschin, Prussia, and died 4 October 1897 in Prahran, Melbourne, Australia. Notes for REYNA OTTOLANGUI: Although 1851 census records show Rayna born in Spitalfields, London, England, she appears to be missing from the Bevis Marks Synagogue birth records. It's interesting to note that Rayna's grandaughter Rayna Morris was told by her father that her grandmother Rayna was born in Lisbon, Portugal. (This does seem unlikely) We know she is the child of Moses & Emma O' because they are named as her parents on her marriage certificate. Rayna is named as their child on both Moses & Emma O's death certificates. We should also consider could she be the child Serina born 7th Nov 1843 for who there is no census or death record for and gets no mention on Moses & Emma's death certificates.
