God's Promises to Amber Written by Kaye Des'Ormeaux Our Heavenly Father makes promises to us. And, our needs, He will always provide. He knew my heart needed a precious daughter... And as always, my need was not denied. I think of the first time that I held her. Oh what joy she brought to me. She was like a ray of golden sunshine... As beautiful as the Crystal Sea. Oh, I can see the beauty of her face and a heart so tender and sweet. These are memories that I cherish... And share with those that I meet. One of God's Promises to my Amber was to fill her heart with song. To hear her pick on those guitar strings... Her heart was right where it belongs. She glowed when she played her guitar. Her music still echoes in my ears. And because God keeps His promises, I know... Her music somehow now dries my tears. For my child went to be with the Lord. She was barely twenty years old. Yes, she loved the book "God's Promises..." Now, she see His promises unfold. For she walks side by side with Jesus. He has her safely in His hands. Another of God's Promises to Amber is...
