"Dear precious little baby,
Tara and I are sitting here talking about you. We are getting so anxious to see your sweet little face. We have everything already for the big event of your arrival, and we all know it is going to be very soon.
Tommy is at school, and daddy is at work. When you get here our family will be comlete. Tommy is hoping for a baby brother, and Tara for a baby sister. Your daddy & I will be proud and thankful for either. You will be precious to us.
I already love you so much. I feel your little movements within me and just long for the moment when I can look into your tiny face, snuggle you up, and kiss your little soft face. So you keep growing and getting stronger, and hurry and join us. We are all going to be so happy to see you. We love you so very, very much.
Mama, Daddy, Tommy, Jr., & Tara"
This is a beautiful and loving gift to Angel Amber from my dear friend, Carol, mom to Angel Michael.

"Welcome Amber
What a little doll you are. Today I got up at 6:00 a.m. and at 6:45 a.m. went to delivery. Your daddy insisted that I spend the night in the hospital. You arrived at 10:23 a.m. Your first cry was so beautiful and precious. You weigh a big 7 lbs. 10 ozs., and what a little beauty. You have won everyone's heart. Tommy & Tara were so happy when daddy told them they have a baby sister.
Thank you, God, for our precious Angel Amber."
Amber was so happy and adored. She was a beautiful baby, and just the completion to our family.
Amber went to four year old kindergarten, and then five. Then she started first grade. She was just a precious little girl. She loved coloring and drawing. She loved books and playing with Tommy's toys.
Tommy and Amber had so much fun, and Tommy was alot of help taking care of Amber. She admired Tommy so much. She always played with his toys. She was not interested in dolls, like Tara. Amber's love of the guitar stemmed from her admiration of the talents that Tommy had. She was absolutely his buddy.
At an early age, Amber developed a love for the guitar. One year her grandfather Thompson gave her birthday money, and she bought her very own little acoustic guitar. She was learning to play on her own. She played her guitar while Tara practiced her piano lessons.
Amber loved softball. She played on the "Tomboys" team. Once she hit the ball that made the team win. She was so happy. She was a bit shy, but was a good team-player.
Amber loved collecting baseball cards and comic books. Each week when she got her allowance, off to the baseball card store we would go. She kept up with them, and her collection was always neatly boxed, cards still in wrappers and cases. She kept a Beckett Catalog, and could tell you how much each one was worth. The cards were her treasure. Her comic book collection was great too, but the baseball cards were her favorite. Her collection kept growing.
Tara and Amber rode bikes together. Tommy would ride both girls on his go-cart. Then one Christmas, Amber got her very own go-cart. Tara and Amber played games and school, and all three loved swimming at "Mrs. Pat's."
One day Amber rode her bike and pulled Tommy's wagon behind it, and cleaned a nearby creek. She brought all the trash home. She was so proud of her work in helping keep the environment clean.
Amber successfully completed DARE Program at school. She wrote articles how she would never drink or use drugs. She knew both were destructive.
On Easter Sunday when Amber was eight years old she was baptized. She had made a profession of faith on her own. Our pastor, Dr. Ira Warren, talked with Amber and us, and told us he felt sure Amber knew what she was doing. Amber had been dedicated to the Lord when she was a baby by Dr. Warren. He was an inspiration to our family, and still is to this day, though he is in Heaven now. He was always there for our family, and we will always love him for that.
Amber loved collecting pretty rocks. Everyday when she would come home from school, she would say, "hold your hand, mana, I have something for you." She would hand me a pretty rock. One she thought was pretty, and selected just for me. She told me her teacher said she could collect rocks if she would not throw them.
Amber loved poetry. She wrote a poem about her Grandfather Shipp. (Her poem is below the photo of Amber with her grandfather.) He spent a lot of time with her fishing, riding ponies, and picking up rocks. He built a lot of birdhouses. One winter day he cut one out, sent nails, and the birdhouse home. Amber worked and worked until she put the birdhouse together. Then she went out in the cold and worked until she had it put up just right. To this day, it still stands. Dr. Billy Godwin spoke of this at her funeral.
My Grandfather
My grandfather was a country man. He loved to live on country farm land. He wore overalls and walked with a cane. He loved to ride horses. For him nothing was too tame. He made birdhouses out of anything. He'd collect rocks and build everything. I love my grandfather oh, so much. He's always had that certain touch. Written by Amber
Vacation, 2000. Daytona Beach, Amber & Robbie, her friend.
We miss you so much, and will always cherish the memories we have of you. Remember, you wanted to go to New York, become a musician, and how you loved Morrissey. We will always remember how you loved Daffy, spinning, playing the guitar, and your love for writing. We have so many memories of us growing up, and all of them include all three of us. Now our circle is broken, and so are our hearts.
We remember all of our high school graduations, our boyfriend and girlfriend problems, your love for hot sauce, worstershire sauce, ketchup, and dill pickles. We remember your laugh, and you laughed a lot. We remember your learning to drive, and your getting your first car. We all grew up, and moved on, but our lives will never be the same without you.
We love you, "toots". Keep playing the guitar, and one day we will all be together again. Keep smiling, and visiting us. One particular day at the cemetery, the weather was gloomy and heavily overcast. Just about to leave and the sun broke through for one brief moment as if to say, "hey, I'm okay, and I'm smiling for you."
We will always love you,
Your big brother and big sister, Tommy,Jr., & Tara
The Broken Chain
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the Chain will link again... ~ Author unknown

Sue-Anne/LEE
Dear Sylvia
I would love to share with you a poem that my ANGEL Lee wrote, a very special poem.
CORE
Softness of the skin
Sweetness in the smell
Nectar of the fruit
Tender in the heart
Dancing in the eyes
Uplifting in the smile
Tickle of the touch
Joining in the love
Truth in the speech
Love in the laughter
Primal in the scream
Soft in the whisper
Quick in the mind
Fair in the sentence
Brave in the confrontation
Joining in the love
Graceful in the sleep
Careful in the search
Deep in the sorrow
Strength in the sickness
Giving of thy self
Rich in the health
Kind in the giving
Joining in the love

"For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Psalm 91:11
It is just so important to me to think of angels, because I just have to believe Amber is one, or I could not go on living.
