All Right Now Just wanted to say it's alright now. The song had gone silent, the suspension held too long but now it has picked up again. Like an acoustic campfire refrain eventually adding one by one drums, electric bass, Hammond organ, a full gospel chorus-- the stops are pulled, the volume jacked. Play it out to the end, till fingers are raw and sore on strings and vocals crack. And it's just a taste. When it's over and heaven comes, for those of us who experience transcendence through music there will be new all-range voices; amazingly strong and lithe and limber bodies infused with their own version of gravity; and intrinsic inborn theory, to pick up any instrument and master it. Around and around the current will flow circling and changing and cresendo-ing through us all, just like and more than the rare little glimpses now when the ingredients of person, sound, spirit, and timing combine just so to make the stars shine indoors and keep the whole world spinning while the stress of living in this temporary, faded domain evaporates.
