Song "Amazing Grace"
Hi welcome to my room
I would like to tell you about me and my guardian angel.
When I was due to arrive in this
world there were complications
which they had to induce labor
but
at the time the doctors just thought
I was wrapped around my nourishment cord,
you know the one that would feed
me all that good stuff,
so after
having my mommy flip this
way and that way as I was getting
dizzy the doctors thought it best
that I should leave my nice warm safe
haven cause my heart beat was irregular.
So after much time of hearing mommy making
loud noises I decided it was time.
Of course when I came out from twisting
and turning I did have my cord wrapped
around my neck not once but twice.
(I guess I wasn't leaving home with out it.)
My mommy didnt even get to hold me
as I lay there crying,
The doctors didnt think I was
breathing good enough so they checked
out my food supply for quite awhile to
realize that it wasn't attached properly
the whole time I was in mommy's belly,
that was strike # 2
but for some reason I had no problem
getting my food after all I was
8 lbs 20 3/4 inches long.
The 3rd strike against me was
when they found out I had a
diaphramatic hernia (after taking an xray)
that's why I still couldn't breathe to well.
My inside were up in my chest cavity
which pushed my heart to the right side,
in which my lung wasn't able to develop
either, so I was off to another hospital
to make it all better.
I was on life support for three weeks
they made me better after many ups
and downs and at last mommy was
able to hold me thanks to many answered prayers.
(especially since mommy had lost a baby the year before)
The 4th strike against me was
when a blood virus set in
so that put me back some more,
my bad lung collapsed and they had
to pump it back up and get rid of
the infections so I dwindled down to
almost nothing and was low on blood
due to my big cut on my belly after
having the operation, but my guardian angel
wouldnt let me fall
cuz usually 3 strikes and your out
and I was on my 4th pretty good huh?
Then I was finally able to eat but
with a straw in my nose(YUCK)
but I was allergic to the milk(another strike)
which made my butt red with sores,
so then I had to lay propped up with
a heat light on me,
so mommy couldn't hold me again,
and again still relying on a breathing machine.
Soon I was getting better and got
to go to the step down unit out from icu (yeah)
that was a big day for us,
I was off of most machines, after a
few days there with no relapse (Thank GOD)
I was able to go to
a regular baby nursery.*GRIN*
I was big shot there and the best part
was mommy and daddy got to take care
of me all day in a seperate room.
(We made up for lost time to say the least)
There though I had to learn to take
a bottle cuz finally that straw got
to come out of my nose,
But you see after being on machines
doing everything for me for so long
I had to learn how to suck, swallow, and breathe
at the same time, (WOW)
you wouldn't think it would be that hard,
but I guess newborns with no difficulties,
automatically know how to
do all of that.
I eventually got the hang of it.
My brother and sister got to come
visit us on weekends with other
family members (Boy what a big family)
Then finally I was able to go home,(YEE Haw)
My left lung still grows with me
and it will be fully developed
by the time I'm 7.
I just had my 2nd operation
at 2 1/2 yrs.old for corrective surgery.
But I can keep up with the rest
of the kids with out getting tired,*GRIN*
So I know the good Lord spared
me for a reason,
And I hear mommy thank him everyday for that,
I play with Jesus, he plays with me
out side on my swings and in the house
(He's a good Friend)
some wonder just who it is that
I am talking to and I say
"well Jesus of course can't you see him?"
hmmmm doesn't everyone see JESUS?.......
My guardian angel has never let me down
I'm so blessed that the
good LORD sent her to me.

Here is a poem
My mommy wrote about
ME and my Guardian angel
"MY GUARDIAN ANGEL"
My guardian angel so beautiful and white
Oh my guardian angel your whisper so soft
Oh my guardian angel I'm so glad the LORD sent you
Oh my guardian angel who helped me win this fight
My guardian angel oh what a beautiful sight
Your loving arms so warm to the touch
Around my fragile body holding me as such
Oh my guardian angel yes my fight is yet to be fought
Your long golden hair as it brushes against my cheek
I need your wings to suport me for you know that I am weak
Oh my guardian angel please tell me it isn't so
Oh my guardian angel don't ever let me go
I can hear voices around me weeping so close to my ear
I can feel the touch of others I can even sense their fears
Oh my guardian angel please help me make it through
Weeks have gone by now I feel a bit stronger
Oh thank you sweet JESUS I can stay alot longer
Oh my guardian angel we can go home now to live our life
Oh my guardian angel who was sent from heaven above
Oh my guardian angel I will always cherish your love...
Thank you for taking the time to stop by my room,
I hope you enjoyed my life story about me
and my angel I have been truely blessed,
you seen how the Lord touched and saved my life,
I am asking you today to let
Jesus Christ into your heart and life,
This would be the best thing you
could ever do for yourself,
Remember you are special to
Remember to thank GOD for even the smallest

Bryton is now 10 years old
and is still going strong,
Even though he was on oxygen for quite some time,
and doctors said there was a
good chance of him being mentally slow,
I want you to know he makes
honor roll every year,
always wanting to learn even more,
very active as well.
He has been doing great, Praise GOD...
This was his 6th year in baseball, Pics below,
He loved it and was one of the best Players, he even made
the Allstars team this year,
He continues to keep up with all the kids ..
