Each day a call sheet was prepared which gave the instructions for the day. The directors, assistant directors, production assistants, casting department, etc. were given these sheets.  It contains the names of all the actors, stunt people, wardrobe, makeup and everyone else needed that day.  It tells what time they were to be on the set and where they were needed.   I have included a few excerpts from the Call Sheet below. One interesting thing on the call sheet was that each day they used a different name for Mel Gibson.  I guess it was a security thing.  All other actors names were theirs.

This call sheet lists about 25 of the main actors and stunt doubles and over 40 stunt people for that day.  It also lists all of the crew from effects people to camera, construction and even the catering people needed and how much food to prepare.  It is very interesting.  This call sheet belonged to one of the production assistants. The call sheet is 8 1/2 X 14 and is printed on both sides.
