Speaker cable in car is different types from Phoenix Gold to Acoustic Research.  Just whatever I had laying around.  As for Power and Ground, they are Lightning Audio.  Cables from head to processor are Pioneer optical and the RCA's will probably be Lightning also.  As for the blocks, they are Directed.
