Pte. Pappin, IFOR, Bosnia Pte. Piers Pappin, who accompanied Golf Company 2RCR as part of the Canadian Contingent IFOR (Implementation Force) tunes up prior to a fallen comrades ceremony in memory of three members of the 1st Battalion who died on 08 May 1968 in a parachuting accident in the Ottawa River at Petawawa.
