Rates and Services
We ask for a 50% deposit prior to pet sitting and then the balance upon completion.  For longer term sittings (weeks-months), we ask for payment every 2 weeks.  We do not charge a key fee--we ask for a key to be provided that is returned to you upon completion of the sitting service if applicable.

We give your home that lived-in look while you are gone for no additional charge!  We pick up newspapers and flyers from the yard, turn on/off lights if requested, turn on/off radios, water plants, and bring in the mail.  All for no additional charge!!
Services
In Home care for up to 2 pets is $10 per day and includes 2 visits (one am and one pm):  It is $2 a visit per additional pet or visit (p.s. we use reason here, making sure a hamster has enough food and water is not an additional charge.  However, if you want the cage cleaned then it is.)  Visits are typically 15-20 minutes in duration.
**Puppy or non-house broken pets charges and conditions see below**
Routine Care for Horse or Pony is $10 per day and includes 1 visit per day (daytime).  This would be for a horse or pony at a full-care facility or in pasture turnout that needs to be checked daily to make sure they are in good health and have adequate hay and water.
Full Care for Horse or Pony is $20 per day and includes 2 visits per day (daytime).  Basically, this would be for a horse or pony that needs to be turned out from a stall and will need to have their stall cleaned daily.
Additional Care for small animals: Dog walking is an additional $2.50 for a 20 minute walk.  Other services can be negotiated for an additional charge.
Additional Services for Horses/Ponies: Lunging, riding, and additional visits are available for an additional charge IF the horse/pony is cooperative.  Additional visits for safety checks are $5.  Riding and lunging are $10 per half-hour.
PUPPIES OR NON-TRAINED PET CLAUSE and ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Pet Sitters R US loves puppies and will accept them under specific conditions for an additional $5 per day charge:

Puppies or non-housebroken pets will be lovingly cared for on a limited case-by-case basis if they are undergoing house-training via crate-training in a safe and appropriate kennel or crate.

In the house--an undamaged NON-WIRE/Metal plastic or wood crate.  Your typical PLASTIC pet kennels found in local pet stores are just fine.

In the yard--a metal chain link dog run or fenced off area that does not encompass the entire yard.
