During a long period, I roamed the neighborhood and found this house where they always put out food for me...yummy Meow Mix. I decided this would be my home and I showed up each morning and stayed all day. Lots of kitties tried to shoo me away but I was always persistant. This was MY front porch and MY flower bed and that was MY food. There were two other kitties who shared my porch...a fat old yellow cat they called Palomino and a tuxedo cat called Groucho. Pal got into a fight and the meowmie took him inside and he got his own condo. Groucho lived next door so he had his own humans.

Then one May day, I was nearly hit by a car again and they took me in. They always called me Tripod because of my three legs. I guess that is a fairly good name. Because I need a touch of distinction from the other animals named Tripod, I have a second name...Greebo!
