          PFLAG is a non-profit organization that helps parents and teens deal with issues of being gay.  Teens have a even harder time with being in school and being open or thinking about being open.  Teens in Project Acceptance, a group for homosexual teens, talk about issues of being gay in schools and what they do to deal with it.  Many parents of homosexual teens don't know what to do when their child tells them that they are gay.  That's when PFLAG shows up.  PFLAG stands for Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians and Gays. 

           Facilitators like Dusty and Beverly are trying to make a difference in teens lives and supporting parents with their teens choice.  If you have any questions, click on the "Contact Us" link and send an e-mail or call us whenever you are avalible.  Much of our reading is avalible through our parent website http://www.pflag.org or you can call us and we will mail some material out to you.  And to all the families and teens, let your life lead you in the right way.
