| PFS is an organization of parents primarily in Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, and Poquoson who are exercising their right to teach their children at home. We have a library of materials concerning homeschooling available for checkout and lots of encouragement as you work with your children. | Current information as of August 2002 The PFS meetings are held at Bethel Temple Assembly of God Church in Hampton on Todd's Lane at 7:00 PM every other month from September to May. There is a used book sale before every meeting and child care provided for a love offering so both parents can attend. They have kindergarten and 8th grade graduation ceremonies each year.
