Problems
Running The Game?
If your system does not match or better the listed system
requirements, you can not run the game and will need to
purchase or upgrade your system. You can do so at Gateway.com,
Dell.com, or Newegg.com.
If
your system meets all the requirements to run the game, and
are running a new generation PC, you need to completely erase
all Sierra files that where installed by Phantasmagoria,
including .ini files. Then re-install the game and choose to
FAIL the system test. If you run Windows XP, you need to set
the compatibility mode to Windows 95.
