I'm giving an award!

I'm looking for ORIGINALITY and not a page designed by a professional webmaster. Do you think your site meets the qualifications to earn ~The Phantom's~ Award Of Excellence? Please fill out the form below and find out! I grade the sites using certain criteria that I like to see in a web page. From all of my time spent surfing the net, I have seen quite a few nice sites. Those that have really impressed me are the ones that individuals have constructed using graphics that they have made themselves. That is a plus!!



Things I look for in a web site.

3. Good for all ages.
4. Hopefully no broken links.
5. Must be relatively fast loading.
6. The site MUST be a PERSONAL home page.
7. The site MUST BE designed by the owner of the site.
8. Personally made Graphics & Design are a BONUS!
