We at Poesie India International believe that if this were the case, people across the globe would be united in peace and understanding - much like a poem made up of individual lines communicating varied images and ideas - but united in thought - conveying a sense of wholeness and beauty.
WHAT IS POESIE INDIA INTERNATIONAL?
Poesie India International is a premier poetry journal which was founded in 1984, and is published twice a year from Bhubaneswar (Orissa) India.
PII aims to promote peace through poetry - based on the belief that if people can be united in literature they can be united in life.
Each issue of the Journal consists of poems, articles, essays and book reviews submitted by people living in different corners of the world.
WE HEAR YOU
PII believes in giving as much importance to upcoming voices as to established ones. It is, in fact, the perfect platform for the upcoming poet because each issue consists of special sections that celebrate new and emerging voices.
