Poetry from the heart of

Just A Few Words
Poetry has taken me to places never known before
I began to write. The simple words I attempt to place on
paper always tell of one's story or feelings. Each and every
poem has a special meaning.
Since time began and man did learn to communicate. There
at times has been this thing called: Lack of communication.
You know, when you know what you want to say, but just
cannot seem to find the words. In my own way I offer my
words to assist you in what you are trying to say.
Your heart, your soul...everything about you may want to tell
this certain person how much you love them. Somewhere
within my world you will find the words you wish to offer.
You may even wish to just drift away to a place of your own
little world somewhere and just take the time to think on things
or just to sit there and feel the feelings.
Each and every new day, each and everyone of us faces a
challenge of some sort. Inside us comes the strength and
courage to accomplish this challenge. It can be as simple
as saying thank you or as difficult as climbing the highest
of all mountains. Take it one step at a time.
You are life's special gift. The world is so vast yet so small
and in this world it is a much better place knowing that at
one time we did come to know each other.
Thank you,

Promise Of Tomorrow
Tomorrow is today
filled with each and every
yesterday.
A promise made,
a promise kept,
a promise to keep on giving.
Is it of love?
Is it of words
or even action?
Whatever the reason
a promise is a promise.
Here I sit with pen in hand
to bring you love,
to bring you tomorrow...today.
Sometimes tears will fall,
sometimes you will feel happiness
and sometimes...
you will find you.
Whatever your reason,
no matter your season,
you will find you here
close to within pages of
black and white.
Here I sit with pen in hand
to silently creep within
to quench your thirst
and desire.
You have my...
Promise of tomorrow...
