The Villains

Professor Coldheart despises the care bears' happiness and warm fuzziness.  He enjoys making kids sad, is deceitful, and mean.

Frostbite is  Professor Coldhearts sometime clueless assistant.

Noheart is  constantly coming up with ideas to destroy the care bears.

Shrieky is Noheart's  niece that he is always sending to capture, trick, or destroy the Care Bears,  but is always defeated by the Care bear Stare ( 4..3..2..1!)

Beastly accompanies  Shrieky on her missions from her uncle, and usually ends up spoiling the plans  on accident.

Another one of the  Care Bears enemies, Dr. fright.  In one episode he lures the care bears to  his castle by the carnival, along with 2 kids, and they are locked in his castle  chamber.  I can't remember the specific details of this episode.

In Gram's Thanksgiving day Surprise Sour Sam creates Crabby-apple pies and turns  the town grumpy. With the help of Gram's Happy-apple pies and a boy's  speech, the town starts to care again.

In The "Cloud Of Uncaring",Noheart Creates The Cloud of Uncaring on a hot day to  rain sadness on the Care bears and the rest of the world.  The Care Bear  stare and the caring of a boy turn the cloud into a normal, much needed, rain  cloud.
