302 Chief Deputy Tommy Hubbard

Tommy is no longer the chief deputy with the Sheriff's office. He has taken the position as the chief of police with the Mena Police Department. Tommy will be missed as he has always been and always will be a good friend of the sheriff's office. We are sure Tommy will do good in his new position, as he has always done in the past. Mena is lucky to get a man with his personality and background in Law enforcement as their new chief

303 Sgt. Randy Gibbins

Randy is no longer with the Sheriffs office. He has taken the position as a criminal investigator with the Saline county Sheriffs office .Randy spent many years working hard for our department .and we thank him for everything he did for us...

304 Buck Bailey

Buck,too, has close to thirty years in Law Enforcement.He started with the Dequeen Police Department.He then went to the Ashdown Police Department.After Ashdown, he worked with the Department of Transportation, the Mena Police Department, then the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

305 Bill Hopper

Bill has close to sixteen years in Law Enforcement.Except for a short time as the Chief Jailer for Polk County,his whole career has been a Deputy with the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

306 Jim Morrell And K-9 Coca

Jim is no longer with the Sheriff's office. In Dexember of 2001 Jim had an aneurysm burst in his brain which came close to taking his life. The aneuryism caused a major stroke which took many months of hard work to get over. Jim was forced to go on a disability retirement, which he doesn't like at all. He misses and will continue to miss his time with the sheriff's office

307 Jack Peebles

Jack has been in Law Enforcement seven years,all with the Polk County Sheriff's office.Jack is a retired Colonel and helicopter pilot with the Army Reserve.Still wanting to serve his community,he became a Deputy Sheriff.

308 Robert Hutcheson

Robert has six years in Law Enforcement,all with the Polk County Sheriff's Office.He was Reserve Officer with Polk County before becoming a full time Deputy.

309 Scott Sawyer

Scott has been in Law Enforcement for six years.He started with the town of Grannis.He then went to work on the Mena Police Department before coming to work for the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

310 Mike Godfrey

Mike has been in Law Enforcement about twelve years. He spent eleven and a half years working for the Arkansas State Parks, as a Law Enforcement park ranger. He worked at Millwood State Park, and the DeGray and Queen Wilhelmena State Parks before coming to work at the Sheriff's Office.

353 Vicki Hendrix

Vicki has been with the Sheriff's Office for about three years,she is the executive secretary.She is also a Polk County Reserve Deputy,helping in any way she can.
