HANK AZARIA
BIRTHDATE: April 25, 1964
BIRTHPLACE: Queens, New York
MARITAL STATUS: Separated from wife Helen Hunt
WHY HE DESERVES HIS BIG BREAK:
Come on, he's the voice of Comic Book Guy! And Apu! And Moe! And Professor Frink! And Dr. Nick Riviera! And countless others! And who knew that behind those classic voices was an incredibly cute, charming actor...

Hank Azaria has been with
The Simpsons from the very beginning, contributing voices to more than a dozen recurring characters, while at the same time co-starring in another FOX series, the less than memorable Herman's Head.  His theatrical debut was a small role in 1990's Pretty Woman, then earned a co-starring role in the critically acclaimed Quiz Show (1994).  Supporting roles followed in such prestigious films as Heat and Grosse Pointe Blank, but Azaria's most memorable role in his career so far must be playing Robin Williams and Nathan Lane's Hispanic houseboy Agador in 1996's The Birdcage.  Spending a predominant amount of time in denim hotpants and speaking with an indecipherable accent, he just about stole the entire movie away from co-star Nathan Lane--especially when he supplies him with "pirin" tablets.

Since then, Hank Azaria has taken supporting roles in films that have been critical favorites (Tim Robbins's
Cradle Will Rock, the recent TV remake of Fail Safe), interesting failures (the updated version of Great Expectations, Mystery Men), and box office duds (Godzilla, Mystery, Alaska), and continues to contribute his vocal talents to The Simpsons, as well as Spider-Man and the animated feature Anastasia.  In 1999, he married longtime girlfriend Helen Hunt, but sadly, the couple separated just a year later.
Hank bites his nails in anticipation of finding work after 'Godzilla'
"I was the funniest part of this movie? Little ole ME?"
"Will that be a salad fork or dinner fork?"
