Hulin, Samuel P.

Co. "E", HQ & "C"

Samuel P. Hulin indicated his home as Niles when he enlisted, at the age of 20. He enlisted as a Privat in Compnay "E" on the 17th of April 1861. He was promoted to Corp.
He was transfered on the 2nd of June 1865 from Company E to HQ. He was promoted to Regimental Sgt. Major (RSM) on the same date.
He was transfered on the 22nd of July 1865 from HQ to Company C. He was promoted to 1st Lt. on the same date.
He was Mustered Out with the rest of the regiment on the 28th of July 1865 at Delaney House DC.
He was laid to rest in the Old Silverbrook Cemetery in Niles Michigan.
