Winn, Henry C.

Co. "G"

Henry C. Winn was born in Fort Plain, NY in 1842.

At the outbreak of the war he was 22 and living in Wayne Co. Michigan.

He enlisted in Company G of the 2nd Michigan Infantry on May 25th 1861.

He served as a Private until January 21st 1863.

After the war he moved to South Dakota.

He became a member of GAR Sully Post #. 13 Pierre, Hughes Co., SD.
