    • 1890 Residence: Kingston MO. He appears on the Veterans List for Caldwell County, Missouri in 1890. There is a Frank Mottley/Motley in the 24th Kentucky Infantry. I believe this was a error and that he actually belonged to the KY Regiment. Page May 18th 2005
