BEING THE LORD’S WILL
Part VI
(TO KNOW HIM)
“To KNOW Him is to LOVE Him”
That I should KNOW Him is our Father’s ultimate desire. To KNOW Him is to LOVE Him. For us to KNOW Him and His love for us is His ultimate desire and His Love becomes our ultimate fulfillment. His love is JOY UNSPEAKABLE AND FULL OF GLORY. To know His love, brings satisfaction to our deepest longing. To know that our Heavenly Father, our Creator, loves us, will bring satisfaction to our deepest longing. Knowledge of His love is ultimate satisfaction. Our wholeness is fulfilled in His love. Wholeness is imparted to us when He reveals His love to us. When His love is imparted to us we are consumed by His love. God the Father is a consuming fire. We cannot resist so great love as His. Nor would any soul choose to resist such pure love, such holy love, such all- encompassing love, such gracious love as His love when He imparts His love to us.
Our Heavenly Father’s Love for us, revealed to us, in us and through us, is His ultimate purpose and plan (the ultimate desire of His heart) for His sons. It was His purposed plan in creating us. Our Heavenly Father created us for His good pleasure. What greater pleasure is there; what greater pleasure could there ever be but that His whole creation KNOW HIM and His Almighty love for us. And what greater satisfaction is there for His creation but to KNOW HIM, to know His ALL SUFFICIENT LOVE for us: to know HIS MANY BREASTED LOVE FOR US? The vilest sinner, the hardest heart will respond to the knowledge of His love when His love is imparted to each one, when His love is revealed in us – imparted to us, it will be responded to with a heart of love, with JOY UNSPEAKABLE AND FULL OF GLORY, “For to know Him is to love Him”.
“And, lo, the angel of the Lord said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to ALL people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. (Luke 2:10-14)
“GOOD TIDINGS OF GREAT JOY, which shall be to ALL people.” Is not this the message that the manifested sons are declaring today? We are declaring this good news (good tidings) to everyone God gives us. “God was in Christ Jesus, reconciling the whole world back into Himself.” That is the good news, the glad tiding’s of great joy for ALL the people.
Our heavenly Father prepared a Lamb slain before the foundation of the worlds; the burning Lamp - the True Lamp “that lighteth EVERY man that cometh into the world.” Jesus, The Eternal Sacrificial Lamb; Jesus our Saviour who took our place, who suffered death, hell and the grave for us to guarantee the keeping of man’s covenant with the Father for us.
Jesus, in us, the Hope of glory, is Mighty to save and to show us this covenant that He made with His Father for us; this covenant He made and kept with His Father, Our Father. He did it for us, and kept it for us, that we might be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. And now, as God imparts to us His faith to believe in His only begotten Son, we respond by believing and receiving Him, The Christ, the Man sent by the Father, to fulfill our covenant with God through us. For we can do nothing without the Father, but we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. We can do nothing in our own power but we can do ALL things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us.
“Now the God of peace who brought again from the dead, our Lord Jesus Christ, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight [by His faith] through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever.
“That I may attain unto the resurrection of Christ”, by the Faith of the Father in Christ Jesus in us. The power of the Resurrected Christ is the power that shall sustain us and bring us through. He is the victory to keep the everlasting covenant for us – in us – and through us – to total victory. Therein we are guaranteed the fulfillment of His righteousness completed in us and also through us, now and throughout all eternity. What a full and perfect, secure, complete guarantee.
Jesus said, “I have meat that you know not of. My meat is to do the will of the Father.” I have meat that has been given to me, a gift, imparted to me. My meat is to do the will of the Father. We have meat that has been given to us, a gift, imparted to us. Our meat is to do the will of the Father. Christ IN us the Hope of Glory is imparting His resurrection power within us to keep our covenant with God, to do the will of the Father. There is no other way. He is the way. He is our Might, our Power, and our Strength to fulfill His Righteousness in this earth - to complete His Will in this earth – in these vessels of clay. So that ultimately, these vessels, each one in the Father’s own designated, preordained way, will be a fulfillment of His will; each one as a member of Christ’s Body, His corporate Body upon this earth, fulfilling His good pleasure to proclaim the good tidings of great Joy to ALL the people upon this earth. We will be His ambassadors upon this earth. We will BE HIS WILL upon this earth to reconcile ALL people, EVERY person, EVERY soul upon this earth back unto our Father in heaven.
“Christ in us, the Hope of glory!” Christ, who said, “I will never leave you or forsake you,” will be living His life in us and through us, every member of His Body, fulfilling His Father’s good pleasure through us, reconciling the whole earth, ALL CREATION, back unto His Father. As God was in Christ, He is also in us with Christ, reconciling the whole earth, ALL CREATION back unto Himself. We are sharing in His glory. We have become His will in this earth – His image in this earth – to bear the good tidings of great joy, which shall be to ALL PEOPLE; that God, in Christ Jesus, His only begotten Son, and in us also, His firstfruits, His many membered Body (as ONE BODY) are JOINED IN COMPACT UNION. We will be bound together by the sacrifice made between God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, to be moving together, living and breathing as ONE (FUNCTIONALLY AS ONE) reconciling the whole earth back unto the Father.
It has been His will from eternity and will be throughout eternity to bring many sons into glory. First His only begotten Son into His glory, then His firstfruits to share in His glory and ultimately EVERY SOUL, ALL HIS CREATION into His glory. An earthly father’s natural desire is to bear sons to share his life and name with. Infinitely greater and purer is our heavenly Father’s desire to bring ALL HIS SONS INTO HIS GLORY – ALL HIS CREATION BACK INTO HIS GLORY – INTO HIS IMAGE – INTO HIS GLORY, TO SHARE IN HIS GLORY, TO SHARE HIS NAME THROUGHOUT ETERNITY.

And give Him the glory – great things He has

O my soul, praise Him, for He is thy health and

Join me in glad adoration.

to the Lord, who o’er all things so wondrously reigneth,
Shelters thee under His wings, yea, so greatly
sustaineth!
Hast thou not seen, How thy desires e’er have
been, Granted in what He ordaineth?
Praise
thou the Lord, who doth prosper thy work and defend thee!
Surely His goodness and mercy here daily attend
thee;
Ponder anew, What the Almighty can do, While
with His love He befriend thee!
Praise
thou the Lord, who with marvelous wisdom hath made thee;
Decked thee with health, and with loving hand
guided and stayed thee,
How oft in grief, Hath not He brought thee
relief, Spreading His wings to o’er-shade thee!
Praise
to the Lord! O let all that is in me adore Him!
All that hath life and breath, come now with
praises before Him”
Let the Amen Sound from His people again;
Gladly for aye we embrace Him!
