PRAYER
O, Heavenly Father, how wonderful You are. I glorify You. The greater the depths of sin revealed in us, the greater is Your love, mercy and grace revealed IN us. The greater the depths and grossness of sin uncovered within, the greater the extent of Your love, mercy and grace fills the void within and much greater is the depth, the width, the length and height of Your grace appreciated within. The greater the depths of our sin, the more deeply we know you and love you for such immeasurable grace. Your loving and gracious presence is readily revealed and welcomed following our repentance from dead works in another area of our life and we are grateful beyond measure that we are delivered by your grace once more unto higher heights of serving You, the LIVING GOD.
Though Your processings within us when You are purging us from dead works to serving a living God are hard, they ultimately begin to cause us to glory in our tribulations as Paul did, for when we are weak, then are we strong for the power of Christ rests upon us. For You to reveal the very depths and grossness of sin as well as Your bountiful love and grace within the very core of our being, we are deeply humbled before you and cannot but worship You, from the very depths of our being for both Your chastening power and for Your resurrection power to lift us out of the depths of hell INTO Your presence where there is ALL love, peace and joy IN YOU. Surely I say “Amen” to You, for it is Your TRUTH that the KINGDOM OF GOD IS RIGHTEOUS JOY AND PEACE IN THE HOLY GHOST.
It seems my very soul perhaps is being raptured by Your love and grace for me, to burn upon Your altar of love and grace. We have an alter to minister toYou, Father, in spirit and in truth, (Heb. 13:10). You are capturing my very soul, Father, for Your very own, I believe. I so appreciate You. I love You. We would not know Your love except You have loved us first. For first knowing Your love for us, we begin to try and express how much we love you by words, to say we love You. * Father, thank you. We bless You for Your purpose and plan from the very beginning when You purposed to subject us all to vanity. Father, the first Adam would never come to know the depths of Your love and mercy had He not been subjected to vanity, had he not fallen to be raptured again by Your love and grace. He knew You but he did not know You to these depths that we are just beginning to know You, now, by knowing the very depths of Your love and grace to subject us first to vanity and then to deliver us from our wretched sin-sick souls, to be enthralled with the beauty of Your presence within so that we are eternally grateful for the depths of Your love through grace; The magnitude of Your love is so great and it completely covers, enfolds and includes ALL creation. In You ALL things CONSIST.
* Please refer to: February 7th , RETURNING GOD’S LOVE from Ray Prinzing’s book, DAILY OVERCOMING at the end of this message.
And, Father, how grateful we are when we come to realize through revelation of Your Spirit to our spirit within our very being, how great Your plan has been, how wonderful Your purposes are, to subject us to vanity so that we may humble ourselves and bow our knee before You knowing and declaring “You are God”. You have truly captured our heart and we are full of gratitude and desiring to lay everything on the alter of Your love, that we might be consumed by the fire of Your Love, that we might give our all to You in response to Your love for us. The fire of Your desire burns within us to become completely one with you in our soul as well as in our spirit; that we will indeed be one IN You and worship You and minister to You continually in the beauty of holiness.
We are Your workmanship. By Your processing’s, Your purging within us to conform us into Your image, we are being prepared for the fullness, completeness of what You have CALLED US AND PREDESTINED FOR EACH OF US TO BECOME WITHIN THE KINGDOM OF GOD THAT IS COMING UPON THIS EARTH. DEAR FATHER: THY KINGDOM COME. THY WILL BE DONE IN (ON) EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. Jesus prayed to You, Father, that we be one IN You even as YOU and He are one. When I first read this I knew His prayer was answered when He uttered those words to You while He was still on this earth and in communion with You. I know and aspire to know this oneness with You continually with nothing left in me to hinder me and that I be so perfectly established IN You that nothing outside of me will hinder me. In nothing will I be offended. The love of Jesus will be perfected in me. LORD, my heart longs to be in Your courts forever, non-stop. I am committed to and determined to fulfill my high calling in Christ Jesus, my Lord. And I give You all the glory for this determination, for it all comes from You.
And. I am so grateful to know by revelation of Your Spirit in my spirit, according to Your plans you did indeed purpose to prepare a Lamb slain from before the foundations of the world: Your only begotten Son, Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. I am grateful to know by revelation of Your Spirit within my spirit that You were IN Christ, reconciling the whole world back unto You. I remember the Apostle Paul and his words of exclamation at the revelation he received from You of the length and the width, the depth and the height of Your great Love and Wisdom, that encompasses ALL CREATION WITH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; how he described that ALL nations would be saved because you subjected Israel to blindness. That You have reserved a remnant who believe IN You; that those who are yet blind, their blindness will not be forever, for ALL Israel. SHALL BE SAVED.
“For if the casting away of them (all but the remnant of Israel) be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but LIFE FROM THE DEAD?” Paul proclaimed, “Eye hath not seen nor ear heard what God has prepared for those who love Him.” When God’s finished work is completed in us by experience, there will be no sin within or without that can touch us. We will have become the image of God, with the very essence of His character within to reconcile the world unto Him. We will be as Jesus. We will walk as Jesus walked. We will be doing even greater works than He, for Jesus said we would, because He went to the Father. He is now our Head and we who are CALLED AND CHOSEN TO BE IN HIM are His ambassadors to proclaim from the housetops the EVERLASTING GOSPEL to reconcile ALL CREATION back to God. The GOOD NEWS proclaimed by the Christ within us will lift Him up to draw ALL men unto Him. His followers will multiply, for the veil that blinded them will be removed and they will see. And this multiplication of the ministry of reconciliation will grow to encompass ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD. HALLELUIAH!
How beautiful, Father, areYour purposes and plans. Your ways and Your thoughts are so much higher than ours. They are the mysteries being revealed to those who have eyes to see and ears to hear and a heart to receive what the Spirit is saying to the Church today. And it worth all the chastening process You need to do to bring Your plans to fulfillment. You have planned it so that we will come to know the fullness of Your love, mercy and grace for ALL your creation. You desire that we walk even as Jesus walked. And it will be. We will be like a wheel within a wheel moving wherever Jesus, The Head, will take us. Wherever You go we go. Whatever You say we will do.
Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice”. We will move IN You all the time like a wheel within a wheel. And it will be a great company moving IN You. Your firstfruits. And in time ALL creation, ALL CREATION! And then, we will ALL together bow before You and worship You. This is Your purpose and plan, that Your love will be met with so great a response that we will ALL humbly and gratefully fall before You to worship You in spirit and in truth. You will bring ALL YOUR CREATION IN, but each in their own order. This is what Your word declares. You are God and Your purposes will be fulfilled. You are God of ALL CREATION. AND ALL CREATION SHALL BOW HUMBLY BEFORE YOU IN SINCERE GRATITUDE AND WORSHIP, WITH LOVE FOR YOU, A LOVE SO DEEP IN RETURN FOR YOUR LOVE, WE ARE LOVING YOU AS ONE. EACH ONE PERSONALLY LOVING YOU IN RETURN AS ONE IN LOVE WITH YOU. OH, HOW GREAT THOU ART! HOW GREAT YOUR PLANS AND PURPOSES ARE! And how great it is to have Your mysteries revealed to us. How great is every revelation from You. I WORSHIP YOU. I BLESS YOU FATHER. My heart’s desire is to have the veil completely removed from my eyes that I may see You clearly, face to face so that I may WORSHIP YOU AND BLESS YOU FOREVER, UNCEASINGLY.
And by the way, Father, I desire to thank You for the sight returned to my left eye since the cataract has been removed and a new lens implanted. How wonderful to see so clearly everything that You have made, and the picture You had me paint that is on the wall before me that I can see so clearly now. How grateful I am for my sight, Lord. And how wonderful to realize I will be able to see again like this with both eyes after surgery is completed on my right eye. I did not realize how extremely beautiful everything is. I had forgotten how beautiful everything is. Lord, I think of the blind man You healed and how grateful he must have been to be able to see. And I think of Helen Keller, Lord, who had never seen and had never heard a sound. Lord, how great You were in her life to cause her to rise above it all and to write about it, to help others in her condition to be able to communicate and overcome above and beyond every circumstance. And then, the man of Gadarah, Lord, O God, that in an instant You set him free of the torments of his soul. O Father, I am so grateful to You, that we will be doing this for others.
I worship You, Father, for the hope that You have instilled within me that we have been called and chosen to give sight to the blind, and hearing to the deaf, to loose the tongues of the dumb, to heal the sick and raise the dead, to undo heavy burdens and to set the captives free. Thank You Father for Your calling upon our lives for this day and for the hope You have instilled in me that we shall yet see the day when we will be doing these works even as Jesus did. And that we shall see and do even greater works than these, Father, because Jesus went to be with You so He could send us Your Spirit to do greater works than He did and that You will do it through us. O Father I worship You. I worship You. I bless You. I am so grateful to You for calling us to this day; and that I know we will be doing these greater things and everything we have suffered we will set others free from. Though we are not yet perfectly one IN You, we will all eventually experience being one IN You and walking IN Your Kingdom together all the time, every moment of the day, in every area of our life; so that we can move and live and have our being IN You as one body IN Christ. All Your predestined, called and chosen to be the firstfruits will, together, with Christ being our Head, arise in the power of Christ to reconcile the world unto You, Father.
When all is fulfilled within us, Christ being our Head, we will move together as one unit, as a wheel within a wheel. And, IN You, we will perform our part, each one, according to what You have purposed each one of us to be. We will become that which You have made us, we will, in truth, be moving IN Your very image, as Your ambassadors in this earth with the message of reconciliation to ALL. And each one of us being a part of the whole in the body of Christ, Your fullness within us all, that Your perfect will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. And You will be glorified And we will all share in Your glory. How wonderful Father, I thank You and bless You, O GOD. AMEN.

With the above prayer, I am including our devotions for this day December 30th, from Ray Prinzing’s devotional book DAILY OVERCOMING, entitled ONENESS and the one for the last day of this year, the 31st, to bring in the New Year of 2001. Also included is a preview of the coming New Year’s devotionals. It includes the devotions for the first day of the New Year, plus, I have picked the devotional for February 7th, because it so well describes God’s love for us.
The written or spoken word of God, or the best of words written in truth to describe His love can only be received fully by His Spirit’s anointing upon His delivery of His word to those He has given eyes to see and ears to hear and a heart to receive of His love. His love IN US needs to be experienced. And there needs to be a response from us IN Him, joined as ONE INTO His love, by ministering to Him IN His love with praise and adoration, with a heart full of gratefulness that encompasses our whole being IN pure worship TOWARD HIM. Therefore, I pray for all who will read the above prayer and the messages included. I have chosen to include the final scriptures and prayer for you as the apostle Paul prayed for the Church in His day:
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen,
nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God
hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us
by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of
God.” (I Corinthians 2:9-10)
PAUL’S PRAYER AND OURS
“Unto the church of God…to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by Him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (I Corinthians 1:2-8)
And to this prayer I add the following promise revealed to Paul that he, in turn, wrote to encourage us with this same great hope:
“God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.” (I Corinthians 1:9-10)

QUOTING
now from DAILY OVERCOMING, by Ray Prinzing:
DECEMBER 30 ONENESS
“That they may be one, even as We are one.” (John 17:22)
O
quality of oneness to which we would attain,
The whole of life encompassed within the
Spirit’s rein.
To know pure freedom’s glory from all divided
ways,
A singleness of purpose to mark transition
days,
Till cycles within cycles all blend their
golden hue,
With each degree portraying the same inherent
view,
To magnify the Saviour, our Centre, Source and
Goal,
Supreme in every measure – the life of every
soul.
No more the dual nature, which shackles every
clod,
With flesh in mortal conflict against the will
of God.
Nor yet the tangled feelings confused by
babbled sounds,
But inward peace pursuing, till clarity
abounds.
O glorious state of being where all blends into
One,
The twain in Christ united, blest image of the
Son.
To find the truest balance in His identity,
Where God is ONE forever in full reality.
Oneness speaks of singleness, unity, and the end of confusion, duplicity. “When thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light,” (Luke 11:34). “He that is joined to the Lord is one spirit,” (I Cor. 6:17). No more that duality of trying to mix the ‘spirit of the world’ with being led by His Spirit. No more the confusion of desires, to satisfy the lusts of the flesh, and still live a life of holiness pleasing to the Lord. But we say with the Psalmist, “ONE THING have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,” (Psalm 27:4).
When all of our desires, longings, and needs are met in the central supremacy of Christ, we shall know full peace and completeness. In Him there is balance, and “By Him all things consist (are held together),” (Col. 1:17). “The fullness of Him that filleth all in all,” (Eph. 1:23). (UNQUOTE)

so vividly portrays how we grow IN Him to love Him as He loves us:

We (Billy, David, Barb and I) believe for you and all your loved ones to have the most blessed year you have ever known. I believe we all are about to have the most blessed year we have ever known for: “This is the day the Lord has made. Let us be glad and rejoice in it.” I am being reassured again and again in my spirit that this is the day that ALL creation has been waiting for: “For the manifestation of the sons of God,” (Ro. 8:19). This is the day of the Lord to reign, and for His righteousness to be established over ALL the earth. The knowledge and the joy of the Lord will cover the Whole earth as the waters cover the sea. Have a blessed New Year!
God’s Love and ours,
Billy, David, Barb & Thelma Elaine
DECEMBER 31 KEEP GOING ON
“My brothers, I do not consider myself to
have ‘arrived’, spiritually, nor do I consider myself already perfect.
But I keep going on, grasping ever more firmly that purpose for which Christ
Jesus grasped me. My brothers, I do not consider myself to have fully
grasped it even now. But I do concentrate on this: I leave the past
behind and with hands outstretched to whatever lies ahead to go straight for
the goal – my reward the honor of my high calling by God in Christ Jesus.”
(Phil. 3:12-14, Phillips)
“I press toward the mark…I follow after…I keep going on.”
Until we are fully “found in Him”, the Eternal Centre, there is no place where we can settle down. Either we are progressing onward, or else we are slipping backward. Status quo if not a state that is maintained for any length of time. There is no place outside of DIVINE FULNESS where God has made provision for us to permanently settle down. Salvation is to be “TO THE UTTERMOST,” and God cannot be satisfied with less in us, nor will He allow us to be satisfied with anything less than His fullness.
If, at any time, we reject the inflow of new light, then “if therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness”, (Matt. 6:23). Therefore, with Paul, we find that urgency of desire to keep pressing onward, as He leads us, step by step, until we shall “appear before God in Zion”, (Ps. 84:7).
In this word, “I PRESS” toward the mark, or, “I FOLLOW AFTER”, the Greek word is ‘dioko’ that literally means ‘hot pursuit’. It is not a lukewarm dilly-dallying along the way; there is a concentrated effort in going on, that we might be found unto His honor, glory, and praise. Keep going on…
To
grasp more firmly the purpose of God,
To learn the blessing of discipline’s rod,
To fall on the Rock, all self to abase.
To find a new life, the outflow of grace.
Let love, joy, and peace be thy blessed goal.
Keep going on till in Him you are whole…Keep
going on!
“The eyes of the Lord thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.” (Deut. 11:12)
In
retrospect I gaze once more
Upon the things behind,
Remembering how God hath led,
And how our paths did wind
Around the many circumstance
Which He did send our way,
With good and evil synchronized,
His ordered interplay.
He
knew the fires that must burn,
A purifying flame,
The darksome path where faith is tried,
For this – He knew our frame,
And did not test beyond the scope
Of that which we could bear,
But with each trial gave His strength,
And worked for good each care.
What
joy, what blessing, too, He gave,
Rare moments filled with song,
Which more than balanced all the time
When nights seemed dark and long.
For there is naught that can compare
With that deep sense of peace
Which He imparts to thus sustain
And work its blest release.
From
year’s beginning to its end
His mercy I can trace,
Upon each turning page I see
The wonder of His grace.
What He allowed He used withal,
How precious are His ways!
For all that’s come to pass – O Lord,
I bow to give Thee praise.
JANUARY 1 AN OPEN DOOR
“Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it.” Rev. 3:8
“Behold, a door was opened in heaven; and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither.” Rev. 4:1
In the many cycles of God’s dealings with man, we are often brought to a new circumstance, a bend in the road with a new direction, a fresh start with a change of jobs, or just another measurement of time called a new year. The attitude in which we face these challenges is vital in respect to the progress to be made, and the victories to be experienced. I John 4:18 says, “Fear hath torment”. The Greek word translated here as ‘torment’ literally means, ‘restraint’. It also holds within it the meaning of ‘a pruning’ which signifies a holding back, a restriction of growth. Fear prohibits one from going on to perfection, for it draws back from the unknown, and confines us to the limitations of that which we have already experienced. Therefore we must gird up our minds, knowing that “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”, (II Timothy 1:7). And His love in us will “cast out all fear”.
Inasmuch as “the steps of a man are ordered by the Lord: and He delighteth in his way,” (Psalm 37:23), we can courageously accept the challenge of AN OPEN DOOR, knowing that He goes before us to lead step by step. It is God that hath set before us this ‘open door’, and “If God be for us, who can be against us? – In all these things we are (become) more than conquerors through Him that loved us,” (Romans 8:31, 37)
Beyond all the natural realms, however, there is also that OPEN DOOR FOR NEW SPIRITUAL DIMENSIONS. “Come up hither” bespeaks of a transition, an end to the former, the limitations of the ‘in part’, a prophecy, a word of knowledge, a word of wisdom, fragmentary and incomplete: and now to become partakers of the CREATIVE WORD for the new order of His kingdom.
FEBRUARY 7 RETURNING GOD’S LOVE
“We love Him, because He first loved us.” (I John 4:19)
The initial expression of love is always HIS, He loves us, and this love that is directed our way, working in us, becomes the cause of our loveing Him in return.
Love unexpressed is love unfulfilled, unsatisfied. Therefore God has brought forth this whole creation upon which He can express His love. “For Thy pleasure they are and were created.” (Rev. 4:11).
Furthermore, it requires an even greater expression of love when the object of that love is ever so unlovely, unholy, unclean. Hence the introduction of evil to form the bleak background against which the ultimate of His love can be portrayed. It was while we were yet sinners that this expression came to us, for “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son…” (John 3:16). Jesus is a manifestation of the Father’s heart of love, sent to us when we were so very unlovely, rebellious, and selfish.
Though this Divine love, so sacrificial in nature, so freely given, is ours to receive, it remains unsatisfied until it can be returned. Love shared, but if one-sided, one sharing and the other doing all the receiving, this does not bring happiness. Not that love requires a return or a reward for loving, but it rests in the happiness of the beloved, and to receive love selfishly, is to remain unhappy, thus the giver realizes that his love has failed to make the loved one happy. But when that loved one begins to return that love because it is out of a heart overflowing with joy and love, it brings joy and happiness to the heart of the initial lover.
When we are so completely transformed by His
love to us, and so filled with that love that we must express it back to Him
again, then He knows that His creation is happy with His expression to us-ward,
and receiving that which now flows from us to Him, He shall be satisfied as
well. Love expresses and returned is love fulfilled. He truly is
worthy of our love.
