1. Believe that Jesus is the son of God who came to earth to do His father's will and did it completely and acceptably. He was obedient even to going to the cross that He might know all our sufferings and temptations and yet show us that we can obey God even if it brings us to our death. He died for us to redeem us to God and His is the only name "under Heaven whereby we may be saved" as the Bible says.
2. Believe that He died for you to save and rescue you from Hell (seperation from God eternally.)
3. Call on Him to save you. Ask Him right now to come into your heart and save your soul and take you to Heaven when you die and to live His life in you while you remain here on the earth.
4. Study His word and join with other Christians each week to grow in your knowledge of Him and His ways and how to let Him live His life in you.
5. Count yourself dead to all the old things you lived for before and alive to God through Jesus and living for Him each and every day.
6. Trust Him to lead you and guide you as you walk in Him and try to obey all His commands given to us in His word.
7. Bring all your cares and needs to Him knowing that He loves you and wants the best for you and will lead you in paths that will perfect your walk with Him and present you glorious to His Father when He comes or takes you to Himself in death.
8. Tells others about this great salvation that you possess fulfilling the great commission, "go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world."
If you have not already done so, pray this pray right now:
Lord, Jesus, I come to You. Save my soul right now and help me to walk in You each and every day and take me to Heaven when I die or You come for us the Church.
I turn my life over to You and desire that You fill me with Your Holy Spirit to overflowing so that I will be empowered to live my life for You.
Help me to study Your word so that I will know what You expect of me as I walk down here. Help me to obey your commands.
I love You and know that You hear me and have made me whole even now. I pray all these things in Your Name, Amen
If you have prayed this prayer, welcome to the Church! God is with you and loves you and will guide you in all your ways as you trust Him to do so. If you need physical healing, bring it to Him as you just did for salvation. He wants us to walk in health as well as salvation.
