The center is a institute special in R/D of Zn-Br batteries   As a technician , I am working in the expriment of the manufacture of zinc electrode, and increase the life of batteries to 500 cycles.

The company is a special enterprise in manufacture of PTC (position temperature coefficient) resistor.   As a R/D of new product, I had finished the development of SMT(surface mounting technique) resistor, and used for elec-tronic industry.

The company is a private enterprise which is speacial in the manufac-ture & R/D of PEMFC(proton exchange membrane fuel cell)   As a researcher, I was working in the design and manufacture of PEMFC used for bicycle, motor and mobile telephone.

The corporate is a joint venture enterprise with Japanise which is speacial in the manufacture of PCB (printed circuit board).   As the charge of technology,except for the daily managment of total line, I had finished following expriments:   1. the built of system of measure and control of temperature in the process of MLB(mult-layer board);   2. the expriment of electroless plating of nickel, and substitute for the import products;   3. the expriment and manufacture of PCB coated by 0.14mm copper;   4. the expriment and manufacture of high precise PCB which width and gap was 4 mil;   5. the expriment and manufacture of the 18-layer MLB.

Xinyu power supply factory
The factory is a special factory in Ni-Cd Battery, and  belong to the Administry of China Nation Space.   As the charge of engineer,except for the managment of total line daily, I had finished following expriments:   1. the expriment of bonding of shell by supersounds;   2. the improvement of vacuum dipping of electrode   3. the expriment of cadium electrode manufactory by electroplating;   4. the expriment of cadium electrode manufactory by bonding agent;   Another, I had applied the Shanghai Reaseach Plan: “the R/D of ractange NiMH batteries used for electrical bicycle and motor”and been approved?hence I had done many experiment about NiMH batteries.

Nanfeng mechnical factory
The factory is a state enterprise which is belong to the Administry of China Nation Aeronautic.   As a technique of electroplating, I was responsible of the technical of electroplating of Cu, Ni, Cr, Au, Ag, Zn, Cd, Sn, Pb-Sn, Ni-Fe;oxidation of alumiun alloy, copper alloy,  steel; and PCB. During this stage,I had  finished following expriments and improvement:   1. the expriment of electroless plating of copper;   2. the design and built of the product line of double PCB   3. the expriment of electroplating of Ni-Fe alloy;   4. the expriment and manufacture of electroless plating of nickel used for the shell of enginer;    5. the expriment and manufacture of smoth PCB.
