The "Seven Laws of Noah" include six negative commandments Prohibiting: The Noahide Covenant and Seven Noahide Commandments (see Genesis 9, Christians should also see Acts 15) are binding on all humanity.
Jer. 6:16 Thus saith HaShem: Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the ancient paths, which is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk [therein].
The Scriptures prophesy that the Gentiles would go to the Jews and ask to be taught by them. There are many things found in the Hebrew Scriptures which cannot be understood without learning their Jewish context.
Numbers 15:37 HaShem said to Moses, saying: "Speak to the Children of Israel and say to them that they shall make themselves tzitzis on the corners of their garments, throughout their generations. And they shall place upon the tzitzis of each corner a thread of turquoise wool.* 39 It shall constitute tzitzis for you, that you may see it and remember all the commandments of HaShem and perform them; and not explore after your heart and after your eyes after which you stray. 40 So that you may remember and perform all My commandments and be holy to your G-d. 41 I am HaShem, your G-d, Who has removed you from the land of Egypt to be a G-d unto you; I am HaShem your G-d."

Zechariah 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
Zechariah 14:6 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the light shall not be clear, [nor] dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, [that] at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, [that] living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
Zechariah 14:16 And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17 And it shall be, [that] whoso will not come up of [all] the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that [have] no [rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD'S house shall be like the bowls before the altar.
21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.
After this terrible war is over and HaShem sets up His Kingdom on the earth there will be a time of great peace.
Micah 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. 3 And He shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
Jer. 16:19 O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and [things] wherein [there is] no profit. 20 Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they [are] no gods?
Zech. 8:20-23 Thus said HaShem, Master of Legions: It will yet be that peoples will come, as well as inhabitants of many cities. The dwellers of one [city] will go to [those of] the other, saying, 'Let us go and supplicate before HaShem and seek out HaShem, Master of Legions!' [They will answer,] 'I, too, will go!' Many peoples and mighty nations will come to seek out HaShem, Master of Legions, in Jerusalem, and to supplicate before HaShem. Thus said HaShem, Master of Legions: In those days it will happen that ten men, of all [different] languages of the nations, will take hold, they will take hold of the corner of the garment of a Jewish man, saying, 'Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you!'
This is a translation provided by Mordechai Houseman.
Ko Amar = Thus said
Note the plural forms there.
Imachem = with youse, as some would say. If they are grabbing hold of only one specific person, and only one certain special person, why are they speaking to him in plural? (And no, the Bible does NOT use the plural for a great personage. No one ever spoke to any king using a plural form, as far as I recall.) So the Prophet Zecharyah is speaking of numerous Jews, and ten times that number of Gentiles. Quoted with the Permission of Mordechai Houseman
Being Jewish
There are Gentiles who have already taken hold of the tzitzits of the Jews, we are known as Noahides, and we have already accepted the Covenant that G-d made with Noah and accepted the Seven Noahide Laws, which were confirmed again at Mt. Sinai when the Torah (Teaching) was given to the Children of Israel with their Covenant, and is to be found in the Hebrew Scriptures and Oral Law.
Below is a picture of the fringed garment of a Jew, the fringes represent the 613 commandments, it is this allusion to the keeping of the commandments which is inherent in the prophecy of Zechariah. Only some of the 613 commandments are applicable to the Noahide.
There are 4 folded (thus 8) strings and 5 knots on each corner.
1. Idolatry,
2. Blasphemy,
3. Murder,
4. Theft,
5. Sexual Immorality and
6. Prohibition of eating the limb of a living animal i.e., Cruelty to Animals
7. Neglecting To Establish Courts of Justice.Why should Gentiles need to be taught by Jews?
*15:38. One of the strings of each fringe is to be dyed turquoise with the blood of an aquatic creature known as chilazon (Rashi). The exact identity of the creature that is the source of this blue dye is unknown nowadays.
The techeiles thread helps its wearer focus on his duty to G-d because, as the Sages put it: Techeiles is similar to [the color] of the sea, the sea to the sky, and the sky to [G-d's] Throne of Glory (Menachos 43b)
Some Gentiles will have to learn the hard way.
The Messianic Era
Living Waters shall go out from Jerusalem
Hashem Tzevakos = Hashem, L-rd of Hosts
Bayamim hahaima = In those days
Asher yachziku asara anashim = that ten people will grab hold
mikol lishonos hagoyim = from each culture of the gentiles
vihecheziku = and they will grab hold
bichnaf = of the garment corner of
ish Yihudi = a Jewish person
laimor = saying (i.e., explaining their action)
nailcha = we will go
imachem = with (all of) you (i.e., this is in PLURAL)
ki shamanu = because we have heard
E-lokim imachem = Hashem is with you (again PLURAL).
The connection to 613 commandments is
that the gematria (numerology) of the
word tzitzis is 600.
So:-
"tzitzis" = 600 +
"strings" = 8 +
"knots" = 5 = 613
