
Mark is a total fanatic when it comes to dinosaurs, and Rachel really likes dragons. Below are just a few of their favorites....

Velociraptors were ferocious, meat-eating bipedal dinosaurs.



Variraptor was a descendant of velociraptor and deinonychus.

Deinonychuses lived in early Cretaceous, and its name means "terrible claw."


Carnotaurus was a large, meat-eating dinosaur


Caudipteryx lived in the Jurassic Period, about 150 million years ago.

Crylophosaurus was a fierce hunter.


Quetzalcoatlus was a large flying pterosaur.

  
Edmontonia was an anrmored ankylosaur.

Afrovenator was a fast runner.

Baryonyx's name means "heavy claw."

Allosauruses were found in Africa and North America, and its name means "strange lizard."
 

Albertosaurus was an ancestor of tyrannosaurus rex.

Anatosaur was a duck-billed dinosaur.

  
Agrosaurus was a long-necked dinosaur with spines on its tail and head.

Gigantosaurus was the biggest meat-eating dinosaur. It lived in the Jurassic Period.

Dinobirds were part dinosaur and part bird.

Alxasaurus was a very fast runner.

  
Suchomimus hunted in ponds and rivers.

Daspletosaurus was a fast-running, meat-eating dinosaur.

Ceratosaurus lived in the Jurassic Period. Its name means "horn lizard."
