Avengers Unplugged 1 Review
Great focus on Moonstone. Lloyd Block, the original possessor of the moonstone, now under the handle of Count Nefarius, is captured and brought to the Vault. Seeing Karla he goes nuts and it is up the the Avengers to save her. Some hilights include Karla in a bathing suit and seeing her and Black Widow square off. Low points? The ugliest costume EVER, plus some logic jumps in the story, for example Moonstone is half a mile away and a widow's sting takes her out? I don't think so!

UGH! Never will you see this pic again on this site! NUFF SAID!
Nefarius is imprisoned and being brought to more secure area when he is brought by a place where he saw Moonstone, he strains and then busts free! He takes out a number of the guardsmen in his pursuit of Moonstone, who is in a cell. She, and another employee/doctor is suggesting they let her loose since she is in a power dampening cell. But no go.
The Avengers are on scene and then attempt to bring Neffy under control. They are less than successful at the beginning. Nefarius then bust into the cell and starts a vicious attack on a powerless Karla. She atttempts to get out of the situation by turning on her female charms, it doesn't work this time and she gets her arm busted and she is thrown against the wall, The Avengers then bring a distraction and she jumps down an elevator shaft and the moonstone then becomes active and she creates a new costume.
She is then confronted by the Vision, who she then manages to evade, he goes on to help against Neffy while Black Widow takes up the task of encountering Moonstone...
Moonstone is less than confident in the Avengers ability to protect her as she and the Widow mix it up. Meanwhile Hercules, Giantman and Vision hatch a plan on the go to slingshot a diamond hard Vision into Nefarious. This they do and knock him out so he can be contained again. Meanwhile, after the Widow gets a lucky shot in, Moonstone then atempts to flee, after being quite a distance away the widows sting  takes Moonstone down...the rest of the Avengers arrive and Widow "convinves" Moonstone to surrender, which she does.
Well, this book is a cheap buy, and you see a furtherance of the relationship between Moonstone and the original owner of the stone..plus there is her and Black Widow...this is a relationship, especially with both ladies ties to Hawkeye, that could be very interesting if explored in the future. As previously mentioned a few logic problems, but it is worth adding to your collection.
