        Leading President Maria Teresita "Tet" Requiso was a graduate of Master of Science in Management Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Adamson University. Immediately after her bachelor's degree, she took the Chemical Engineering Board Examination and eventually got her license in 1983 as she turn 20 years old.

          It was also on the same year, that she accepted a teaching job at Technological Institute of the Philippines. She teaches different chemical engineering subjects as well as math and chemistry subjects. Her ambitions of becoming a manager someday drives her to continue her studies into higher education. She took up Master of Science in Management Engineering at Adamson University. Eventually she graduated  in 1989 with a thesis entitled "Status and Profile of Construction Industries in the Philippines. Her husband, Federico "Jun" Requiso, greatly influence the choice of topic for her thesis. At that time, the young couple planned to  venture  into the construction business. With lots of talents and a little savings, the couple started their construction business. Until now, it is their main source of livelihood.

          Sps Jun Requiso is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at National University. Presently, he is the operation manager of Build Erect Corp. He is also the president and CEO of Fineworks Builders Corporation. His on-going projects are the Asia Brewery Plant and the Tanduay Plant located at Misamis Oriental. Since most of his projects are located out of town, he cannot attend most of the district and club activities. In fact, he was the first rotarian in the family but since he cannot attend the weekly meeting, he asked her wife Tet to attend the meeting to represent him. Little did she know, that she will be recruited to replace him. She was hesitant at first but eventually become "rotarized"  little by little until she become fully "rotarized" when she accept the presidency.

          The first couple was bless with three healthy and handssome children. The eldest is Daryl Alvin. He  17 years old and a fresman student taking up Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition at University of the Philippines, Diliman, quezon City.
He likes playing piano and his sports is taekwando. The second child is Dareen Adrian. He is 16 years old and a third year high school student at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong. He dreams of becoming a businessman someday. He loves to play the guitar and he loves to play tennis as well. The third child is Daniel. He is a grade two students at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong. He loves to play computer games and his favorite TV character is Mr. Bean. His idol is his father which he fondly calls "Mr. Bean"

          From 1983-1992, President Tet continue her career in the academe. She became a professor at Centro Escolar University, Graduate School Department. She became a "Reviewer" at Engineeringt Review Center. She handles review classes for engineering graduates who wants to take the board examinations. In 1990, she got her biggest break in her career, when she got a job offer as assistant professor at INTI COLLEGE, Malaysia. She accepted the offer and work abroad. After two long years of working abraod, she finally decided to came home and help her husband run their  construction business. Since then, she never stop dreaming of having  a business of her own. Until recently, she enters into a contract with Buns and Pizza Enterprises as a franchisee for the Cainta area. It is a food company that specializes in hamburgers, pizzas and pastas.

          Whenever she is not busy, she finds time to play tennis which is her passion in life. Actually, she prefers to be introduced as the undisputed three time champion ladies category sponsored by Cainta Tennis Federation rather than her achievements in business and profession. Presently, she is the secretary of the said federation.

          Her rotary life is equally exciting. In 1995, she was recruited under the presidency of DDS Cho Botor. She handles different club position since then. Actually, she become secretary twice. First, during the term of Past5 President August Angala, and second during the term of Past Pre4sident Elsa Lacuna. Their tandem has brought the club to the highest distinction of "Most Outstanding Rotary Club" during the centennial year.
