I went to take a nap one day
All warm inside my bed
When I suddenly felt something furry
Snuggling near my head!
I awoke and saw
Two little Green eyes
Staring into my own
What do you think I thought right then?
The truth shall be known
I thought that she was sent to me
From Heaven up above
This precious little kitty
Was sent to teach me love
Now she is with me every day
This precious creature of mine
Showing to me in every way
What it means to be Divine.
